A Custom Impeller in 15 Hours

On June 12, 2008, we received a call from Mr. Philip Thomas of the Pepsi Bottling Group in Mesquite, Texas. Their bottling operations had been shut down due to a Fristam pump impeller failure, and Mr. Thomas needed a replacement – fast.

At about 4 PM EST that day, Mr. Thomas placed an order with us for a new 316 Stainless Steel impeller (part #1458630289). We had it trimmed to 8.5" diameter (as specified) and shipped it the same day.

The new impeller was delivered to the Pepsi Bottling Group the next day at about 7 AM, via UPS Red shipping, and the bottling operation was up and running again soon thereafter. Mr. Thomas is happy to tell anyone about how Best Process Equipment helped his company out of a jam.
